Many of our customers have questions about the EGLOO Cam Cloud Service, including pricing, subscription management, free trials, refunds, and plan changes.

This guide covers the most frequently asked questions, making it easier for you to navigate our cloud service!


1. How much does the EGLOO Cloud subscription cost?

Pricing depends on the storage period you choose.

You can subscribe via the EGLOO Cam app, or purchase from our official website at a 15–20% discounted price:

Purchasing directly from our website allows you to save more on your cloud subscription.


2. How does the one-month free trial work?

All new EGLOO Cam devices come with a one-month free trial of cloud storage.

After completing your camera registration, you will see an option to activate your free trial of EGLOO Cloud recording. Simply select it to begin using it immediately!


3. Can I save the free trial for later?

Yes! If you uncheck the free trial box during setup, the trial will be stored as a pending service.

You can activate it whenever you want by navigating to:
📍 Device Settings → EGLOO Cloud → Pending Services

This allows you to start your free trial at a later time, at your convenience.


4. I have two cameras. Do I need to buy separate cloud subscriptions?

Yes, each camera requires its own individual cloud subscription.
Cloud storage is linked per camera, so you must purchase a separate plan for each device you wish to store footage for.


5. How do I delete recorded cloud footage?

Manually deleting recordings is not possible.

Cloud storage follows an automatic overwrite system based on your selected plan:

  • 3-day plan → Old footage is erased after 3 days
  • 7-day plan → Old footage is erased after 7 days
  • 30-day plan → Old footage is erased after 30 days

Once a video is deleted, it is permanently removed from the server and cannot be recovered—even by us.


6. How do I cancel my cloud subscription?

📍 For app-based subscriptions:

  • If you purchased a monthly auto-renewal plan via the app, you must cancel it before the next billing date to prevent automatic renewal.
  • Once canceled, your cloud service will stop at the end of the billing cycle.

📍 For website purchases:

  • If you purchased through the EGLOO website, cancellations and refunds are only possible if the subscription is unused and still in the pending services list.
  • Once a subscription is activated, it cannot be refunded.

Important:

  • Annual plans and monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
  • These terms are included in our purchase agreement, so please review them before subscribing.

7. Can I transfer my cloud subscription to another camera?

Yes! If you have unused months remaining on your subscription, we can transfer your cloud plan to a different EGLOO Cam device.

8. How do I change my cloud subscription plan?

You can modify your cloud plan through the EGLOO Cam app:

1️⃣ Go to the Cloud Subscription Menu
2️⃣ Select your camera from the device settings tab
3️⃣ Choose “Change Plan” or “Re-purchase”
4️⃣ Select your desired cloud plan and proceed with payment

This allows you to upgrade, downgrade, or switch your storage plan anytime.
